This property features a private fenced-in patio with premium outdoor seating, soft patio lighting, a charcoal grill, and a storage closet stocked with beach chairs, toys, a pop-up tent, and more. Enjoy access to several community pools (one heated from Nov–March), tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a clubhouse—all within a gated neighborhood.

The spacious, open-concept main floor includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room with a large SMART TV for relaxing after a day in the sun.

Sleeping arrangements include:

GROUND FLOOR:
-Queen bed with SMART TV
-Full bathroom with walk-in shower
-Queen sleeper sofa in living room

SECOND FLOOR:
-Master Suite: King bed, SMART TV, full bathroom with shower/tub combo

A Traeger-style grilling table and charcoal are available—guests are encouraged to replace any used supplies for the next visitor.

The property has parking for up to 2 vehicles (parking passes required, $25 each), and resort wristbands are $20 each (ages 5 and under exempt). This is a non-smoking property, ensuring a refreshing environment for everyone.

Beach access is located beside the Sandpiper Beacon, just across the street. You’ll also find restaurants, grills, and beach gear rentals nearby, along with nightly sunsets from the Sandpiper deck swings.

A $250 security deposit hold will be put on your credit card 2 days before your arrival date and will be returned 7 days after departure, assuming no issues are found. At booking, a 20% non-refundable down payment is due. The remaining balance is payable to Gulf Front Getaways by credit card or check 30 days before check-in, or immediately if booking within 30 days of arrival.

Please be aware that all cancellations made within 30 days of your check-in date are nonrefundable.
